Lifeguard
Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring safety of the facilities by providing pool surveillance and responding to emergencies.
Lifeguards are also responsible for checking chemicals daily, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation, and cleaning the facility, including restrooms.
Lifeguards provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful, and friendly manner. Lifeguards are required to hold an American Red Cross Certification for Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.
*We offer in house lifeguard certification courses if you are not yet certified.
*Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old.
Gate Guard
Gate Guards are responsible for maintain a safe and clean environment at their assigned facility by monitoring patron entry, checking chemicals, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation and cleaning the facility, including restrooms.
Attendants will provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful and friendly manner.
CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification is preferred but not required. Gate Guards must be at least 16 years old.
Pool Manager
Pool Managers fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a lifeguard and provide the appropriate oversight and leadership to ensure client expectations are met.
Pool managers are responsible for supervising and providing ongoing facility training for employees, effectively communicating facility and staff needs with leadership, scheduling of employees, and more.
